    Sebastian Frank and Mansour Memarian cooked for 12 nights for the guests at the annual gala "Night of Stars" organized by Mercedes Benz.   • New record in "The Summit of the Stars" AHGZ

    100 starred chefs gathered at the hotel Mövenpick Stuttgart Airport, thus setting a new record for the Guinness Book of Records. Rolf Straubinger, of restaurant Staufeneck Burg, hosted the night and delighted the more than 500 guests with his culinary delights. To set a new record there needed to be a minimum of 50 starred chefs. However, to the wonder of the lucky attendees, there were 100 chefs who accepted the invitation of AHGZ journal.     Chef Víctor Rodrigo (rte. ‘Samsha’, Valencia), was named the winner of the IV Chef of the Year Contest. In second place was Juan Carlos Padrón (‘El Rincón de Juan Carlos’, Los Gigantes, Tenerife) and third was Javier Estévez (rte. `Mesón Doña Filo’, Colmenar del Arroyo, Madrid).
