100 starred chefs gathered at the hotel Mövenpick Stuttgart Airport, thus setting a new record for the Guinness Book of Records. Rolf Straubinger, of restaurant Staufeneck Burg, hosted the night and delighted the more than 500 guests with his culinary delights. To set a new record there needed to be a minimum of 50 starred chefs. However, to the wonder of the lucky attendees, there were 100 chefs who accepted the invitation of AHGZ journal. Among them, Sebastian Frank, Koch des Jahres 2011. Representing the best of Spanish cuisine came Jordi Cruz, the only starred chef from non D-A-CH countries.
