Diego Guerrero

Since 2003 he runs the kitchen of the Club of Madrid Allard getting his first Michelin star in 2007. One of the best examples signature cuisine in Madrid. Winner of multiple awards: Pil Pil of Basque cuisine 2001, Revelation Award for Club Allard Restaurant in 2003, best cod dish from the community of Madrid in 2004, Progressive Chef Award 2008, M for Metropolis Award 2008, and MM metropolis 2009. In November 2011 he was awarded with his second Michelin star.

He worked with Martin Berasategui and Manolo de la Osa, spent three years in Goizeco Kabi Madrid and developed El Refor de Amur into a reference of current Basque cuisine.
