Javier Caballero

Born in Galicia in 1978 and has been working in the catering sector specifically in the professional cocktail bartending.

He was head of hotel bars for Saliecho and Aragon Hill's (Huesca), Alcocebre (Castellón) and Restautante Ondarribia Formigal, head barman for three seasons at Movistar in Barcelona and studied at Bar Concept. He then moved to Barcelona where he grew and developed as a bartender more oriented to modern mixology and flair.

His extensive experience also allows him to offer services in consulting and training.

For some time, he has devoted much of its efforts to investigate new concepts and techniques, which led him to become a teacher and creator of the workshop held at the Molecular Mixology Atzaró agriturismo (Ibiza).

At the beginning of 2010 has been incorporated into Chefservices, to offer the world of mixology their advice and knowledge.
