She is a renowned Catalan sommelier, graduated from the School of Restaurants and Hotels in Barcelona, Master in Viticulture and marketing in the wine world, currently considered one of the best young sommeliers in Spain.

Her professional careers has several stages in the best restaurants and national and international hotels, including the Gran Hotel La Florida 5 * deluxe, Caelis Restaurant (1 Michelin star) Hotel Palace (Old Ritz) and London's The Vineyard at Stoockcross (2 Michelin Stars).

Since September 2007 she takes part in the program "Word of mouth" in Com Rádio alongside Jordi Estadella, a national and international outreach program of food and wine.She has also collaborated in a television program "Al vostre gust" through TV3 with presenter Tana Collados. Women Sommeliers.

From June 2009 has been incorporated into the great family of Chefservices to advise and consult our clients. Since October 2009 she has been working as head sommelier at the Hotel Mandarin Oriental Barcelona.
