So to show what unites them, the famous chef, who already has 3 Michelin stars under his belt, has wanted to play demonstrate all their commonalities among 28 guests of honor. This was a unique event held on February 3 where celebrities such as the singer Mikel Erentxun, actor Unax Ugalde, chef Juan Mari Arzak and fashion designer Fernando Lemoniez and others representing various fields of Basque society were invited. This intimate evening was held at the Relais & Châteaux Martin Berasategui in Lasarte.
